"HudsonFox", "we", and "us" refer to StringBits LLC d/b/a HudsonFox. By calling, texting, or otherwise contacting us, you agree to these Terms.
SMS Messaging Program
HudsonFox operates an A2P 10DLC SMS program registered through Twilio for customer-care messaging under the name HudsonFox Customer Care.
- Program description. We send SMS only for owner notifications about inbound contact and direct replies in threads a customer started.
- Message frequency. Variable based on inbound contact volume, typically fewer than 10 messages per month per recipient.
- Message and data rates. Standard carrier rates may apply.
- Carriers. Carriers such as AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Help and opt-out. Reply HELP for help or STOP to stop messages. After STOP, we send one confirmation and then no more messages.
- Privacy. SMS data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Services
HudsonFox provides IT support, Mac and Apple support, automation, and small-business technology services in the Hudson Valley region of New York. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for paid work are defined in the quote, invoice, or statement of work you accept before we begin.

Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to violate laws or third-party rights, harass or defame anyone, attempt unauthorized access, or send us malware or unlawful content.
Payment
Fees, payment terms, and refund policy for paid services are set out in the applicable quote or invoice. Past-due balances may accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum amount allowed by law.
Warranty disclaimer
Except where prohibited by law, our website and informational content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Specific paid services carry only the warranties stated in the applicable quote or invoice.
Limitation of liability and indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HudsonFox's aggregate liability arising from your use of our website or free communications is limited to USD $100. Liability for paid engagements is limited as set out in the applicable quote or invoice.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. You agree to indemnify and hold HudsonFox harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Orange County, New York.
